We are looking for Screen Print Operator with an eye for detail to oversee our screen printing process. This position will be responsible for printing screens, mixing correct ink colors, loading screens into the printer, producing the final printed products, and cleaning the machines. 

To ensure success as a screen printer, you should exhibit artistic skills, be able to stand for long hours, be comfortable with manual labor, and have excellent hand-eye coordination. 

Responsibilities:

• Receiving jobs for Screen Printing
• Examining orders to determine estimated printing times, ink, and material quantities
• Selecting screen size, degreasing agents and emulsion coatings
• Loading screen into printer
• Installing and repositioning screen printing plates and pressure roles
• Calibrating printer before batch is printed
• Running prints and performing quality checks throughout the printing process
• Differentiate and correct color variances to maintain quality standards
• Troubleshooting problems as they arise
• Drying, stickering, and packing completed products after the run

Requirements

• Previous work experience as a screen printer
• Detail oriented and have excellent, quality driven work habits
• Excellent hand-eye coordination
• Basic computer knowledge
• Schedule flexibility
• Able to stand for long periods
• Able to work with ink and chemicals every day
• Able to manually operate large machinery
• Able to lift up to 50lbs
