Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Screen Printer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a strong work ethic, and a passion for creating high-quality printed materials. Experience is preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right individual who demonstrates enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate screen printing equipment to produce high-quality prints on various materials, including apparel and promotional items.
- Prepare screens, including coating, burning, and cleaning.
- Mix inks to match desired colors and ensure consistency throughout production.
- Set up and align screens for accurate printing.
- Conduct quality checks during and after the printing process to ensure products meet company standards.
- Maintain and clean equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with the design and production teams to meet project specifications and deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in screen printing is a plus but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
- Basic understanding of design concepts and color theory.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
