Job Overview:
We are seeking a dependable and enthusiastic individual to assist with screen printing operations. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a team environment. No prior experience in screen printing is required, as training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of screens, including coating, burning, and cleaning.
- Support the operation of screen printing equipment to produce high-quality prints on various materials.
- Help with mixing inks and ensuring color consistency throughout production.
- Assist with setting up and aligning screens for accurate printing.
- Perform quality checks during and after the printing process to ensure standards are met.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including cleaning equipment as needed.
- Collaborate with the team to meet project deadlines and specifications.
Qualifications:
- A willingness to learn and develop new skills in screen printing.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Basic understanding of design concepts and color theory is a plus but not required.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Good time management skills and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and a proactive approach to tasks.
