Overview
As a Screening & Compliance Associate you will manage tenant application processing, perform various compliance-related tasks, and assist with property certification and tenant eligibility. This role requires a keen eye for detail, an understanding of regulatory requirements, and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams to ensure the company remains compliant with all laws and regulations.
Job Details
Responsibilities (may include but are not limited to):
Screening & Compliance Associate will complete and follow-up on a wide variety of tasks and items as may be assigned/or necessary to fulfill job duties and oversee maintenance processes. Screening & Compliance Associate will work cooperatively and comply with all company standards, policy and procedures, and will be conducted professionally, consistently and safely. EOE
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
Requirements:
High School Diploma, Previous experience as a Property Manager and/or previous supervisory experience preferred
3-5 years of computer experience - including but not limited to, Windows OS, Outlook, Word
