We are seeking talented storytellers ready to pioneer the exciting world of vertical dramas. In this role, you will master a unique, high-velocity narrative format. • Demonstrated background in screenwriting and plot development.
• Prior experience in vertical formats is welcomed but not required.
• Deep understanding of conflict building, sharp dialogue, and creating emotional character connections.
• Eagerness to adapt to a completely new medium with its own specific constraints and high-velocity pacing.
• Comfort working with AI tools, task management software, and a natural aptitude for learning new digital systems.
• Proven track record of successful collaboration within a fast-moving, evolving team environment.
• Ability to thrive under tight deadlines and deliver high-quality outputs at a high work velocity.

• Lead the entire writing lifecycle from initial concept and loglines to final script delivery.
• Write under the continuous guidance of a script editor and participate in weekly team sessions.
• Utilize advanced workflow software and daily AI tools to optimize your creative process.
• Participate in regular, company-led training to master the dynamic rules of the vertical format.
