CLEVELAND AREA HOSPITAL is an independent, self-managed Critical Access Hospital half an hour west of Tulsa, Oklahoma. Our facilities include a level IV Trauma Center/ ER, Skilled Nursing/Swing Bed program, Respiratory Therapy, C.T., 3D Mammography, a fully equipped Outpatient Rehabilitation Center, 24/7 Lab, and a Primary Care Clinic. POSITION SUMMARY:
Under the direction of the Clinic Practice Manager, an experienced and knowledgeable Scribe will be responsible for transcribing accurate and detailed information of patient visits and medical records. The Scribe will provide the highest quality customer service to patients, adhere to practice protocols and processes, and effectively manage the volume of work without allowing quality to be compromised.

The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. Must be able to lift 20 lbs. using appropriate body mechanics techniques. Utilizes good hearing, vocal and visual skills. Occasionally requires bending and stretching. Pushing and pulling. May be exposed to communicable diseases.
