We are looking for a new team member to join our Marketing divisions as a Scriptwriter.
The perfect candidate has strong English skills and experience in writing engaging, story-driven scripts for YouTube. As a scriptwriter in the In-house Agency of the Marketing Department, you will work on content for Ajax PRO YouTube channel – creating videos for security professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Develop creative concepts for recurring video formats: demos, unboxings, case studies, expert interviews, how-to series, and more.
- Draft scripts and talking points for hosts.
- Write supporting texts: descriptions, titles, headers, copy for content/channel promo and other project-related materials.
- Create scripts for YouTube Shorts based on released videos.
- Take part in brainstorming sessions with the YouTube project team, R&D, product tech experts, etc.
- Support the production process during filming and post-production.
Key requirements:
- At least 3 years of professional writing experience in English.
- Experience in creating long-form scripts for YouTube or similar platforms.
- Understanding of YouTube and streaming platform dynamics, formats, and best practices.
- English proficiency at B2-C1 level.
- Strong analytical thinking, research skills, attention to detail, and proactivity.
- Self-discipline, ability to meet deadlines, and demanding approach to personal performance.
- Ability to follow and adapt to the defined editorial guidelines and tone of voice.
- Ability to quickly adapt and switch between different topics, formats, and tasks.
- Team player: strong communication skills and readiness to interact with other teams for a better result.
- Interest in delving into technologies, business, and IT.
- Experience in B2B marketing/product companies would be an advantage.
