Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of relevant project management experience.
  
  


• 2+ years of experience managing software development projects using Agile SDLC.
  
  


• Experienced IT Project Manager / Scrum Master to support an IT Project Portfolio Management Office (PPMO).
  
  


• The role will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing IT projects from initiation through closure, ensuring project objectives, timelines, scope, budgets, and deliverables are successfully achieved.
  
  


• Manage IT projects from initiation through completion, ensuring deliverables are delivered on time and within budget.
  
  


• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, and goals in collaboration with stakeholders.
  
  


• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, risk and issue registers, dependencies, and change-control processes.
  
  


• Use Azure DevOps to manage product backlogs, user stories, tasks, and project activities.
  
  


• Analyze existing systems and document business and technical process flows.
  
  


• Lead Agile project teams and facilitate effective communication between technical teams, business stakeholders, and clients.
  
  


• Facilitate Scrum/Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  
  


• Monitor project progress and communicate status, risks, issues, and dependencies to stakeholders.
  
  


• Support change management activities and ensure project deliverables align with defined business requirements.
  
  


• Ensure adherence to established project management standards, governance, and methodologies.
  
  


• Strong understanding of formal Project Management / PMI methodologies.
  
  


• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum project management.
  
  


• Strong experience with Azure DevOps, including backlog and user story management.
  
  


• Strong analytical, organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  
  


• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
  
  


• Experience supporting Transportation or Financial systems.
  
  


• PMP or equivalent project management certification.
  
  


• Experience with legacy technologies such as COBOL and CICS.
  
  


• Familiarity with modern MVC-based applications.
