BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Scrum Master Job for an opportunity in Pennington, NJ and Charlotte, NC!

Position Title: Scrum Master

Location: Pennington, NJ and Charlotte, NC
Anticipated Start Date: July

Expected Duration: 6+ months Contract to Hire (with possibility of extension or conversion)

Job Type: Contract, 40 HRS WEEKLY, Onsite
Pay Range: $ 40/hr - $50/hr

Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Scrum Alliance
Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA)

Accomplished and results-driven Certified Scrum Master (CSM) with 10 years of experience in the IT industry, adept at guiding cross-functional teams and delivering successful Agile projects. Proficient in facilitating Scrum events, removing impediments, and promoting a collaborative work environment. Ensures teams adhere to Agile principles, resulting in increased productivity and high-quality product delivery.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Coach the team on Agile principles and ensure the team is following the Scrum framework.
Remove any impediments that may prevent the team from achieving their goals.
Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure the team is delivering value.
