Role: SCRUM MASTER – AI INITIATIVES

Location: Lake Mary, FL (Hybrid/Tuesday–Thursday Onsite)

Contract: Long-Term Contract

Note: Only local candidates will be considered.

Requirements:
• Hands-on Scrum Master role 
• Not a Project Manager position
• Must personally lead Scrum ceremonies
• AI-focused program with active AI initiatives
• Drives Agile execution and removes delivery roadblocks

POSITION OVERVIEW:
Seeking a hands-on Scrum Master to support an AI Transformation Program focused on AI-enabled workflows and business solutions.
This role will lead Agile delivery, facilitate Scrum ceremonies, drive team accountability, and manage risks and dependencies.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

·       Lead Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Scrum of Scrums

·       Drive sprint execution and team accountability

·       Track sprint commitments, milestones, and deliverables

·       Remove blockers impacting delivery

·       Manage risks and dependencies

·       Manage cross-team dependencies

·       Coordinate internal and external project teams

·       Partner with business and technology stakeholders

·       Support delivery of AI-enabled workflows and business solutions

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

·       Bachelor's degree in a related field

·       Active Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification

·       5+ years of Scrum Master and Agile delivery experience

·       Recent hands-on Scrum Master experience

·       Experience serving as Scrum Master on large Agile programs

·       Experience leading Scrum ceremonies and Agile delivery activities

·       Experience facilitating Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Scrum of Scrums

·       Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and Scrum frameworks

·       Experience driving Agile delivery across cross-functional teams

·       Experience managing sprint execution, blockers, risks, and dependencies

·       Experience coordinating business and technology stakeholders

·       Experience supporting AI, Machine Learning, Data, Analytics, or AI transformation initiatives

·       Experience delivering AI solutions

·       Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs), Machine Learning concepts, and AI-enabled workflows

·       Experience within technology, SaaS, or product organizations

·       Strong communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and organizational skills

·       Highly organized and execution-focused

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

•         Understanding of CapEx and OpEx budgeting concepts
