ROLE: Scrum Master - Dev and PLM

POSITION SUMMARY:

Team D3 is looking for a scrum master who can facilitate the agile development process for two or three Dev and PLM scrum teams. The scrum master will report to the Director of Enterprise Services and work closely with the product owners, developers, testers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead the planning, execution, and review of sprint cycles for the Dev and PLM scrum teams
• Coach the teams on agile principles, values, and practices
• Remove impediments and resolve conflicts that hinder the team's progress
• Track and communicate the team's performance, progress, and risks using appropriate metrics and tools
• Foster a collaborative, transparent, and self-organizing culture within and across the teams
• Coordinate with other scrum masters and stakeholders to align the team's goals and dependencies
• Promote continuous improvement and innovation within the teams

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field
• At least 3 years of experience as a scrum master or agile coach for software development teams
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification
• Proficient in agile methodologies, tools, and best practices
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Experience in DevOps, PLM, or enterprise services is a plus
