DURATION: 8 months
RATE RANGE: $53 - $63/hr

What do we need:
We are looking for a Senior Scrum Master to help deliver solutions for our Commerce systems. The qualified candidate must be a person who is passionate about helping teams mature in their Agile journey while delivering exceptional value to our customers.
What's special about this team:
The ANA IT team plays an integral role in transforming the usability of technology solutions directly for our customers throughout North America. This group works closely with leadership to identify and recommend opportunities for continuous improvement.
You will join a team of Developers, Solutions Architects, and Business Analysts that drive the market's technology forward using Agile methodology.
This team works on our eCommerce solution and the technologies that support this, with a focus on shopping, merchandising, cart, and checkout. You will be partnering with team members located globally on an Agile team.
Main duties
• Plan and advise scrum implementations that support organizational initiatives that meet customer needs
• Lead the scrum team in using Agile methodology and scrum practices that enhance quality, lowers technical debt, and increases product value
• Support the scrum team by removing impediments, negotiating priorities, and shielding them from interference
• Foster an environment of collaboration, transparency, inspection, adaptation, and continuous improvement
• Facilitate stakeholder collaboration and remove barriers between stakeholders and team
• Ensure the goals, scope and product domain are understood by everyone on the team
• Be a driver of Agile transformation
• Facilitate the scrum ceremonies
Required Skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong training, mentoring and coaching skills
• Strong facilitation skills
• Conflict resolution skills
• Demonstrated experience working with a full-cycle Agile team (Scrum, Kanban)
• Good knowledge of Lean Software Development, Scrum, Kanban, eXtreme Programming
• A desire to learn through experimentation
• Scrum of Scrum and the ability to facilitate cross-team activities
Preferred Skills
• Skills in Agile practices for Product Management
• Good business acumen skills to engage business leaders

Qualifications
• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I)
