Your Role
The Operational Service Representative is responsible for ensuring that our internal customers’ experience is a positive one each and every time they engage with the Operational Care Center. Specifically, the Operational Service Representative is part of a team within Operational Care Center (OCC), who are responsible for direct interaction with CCL’s – Customer Care Locations, proactive customer service, problem solving, follow up, interaction with our customer service collegues.
Your Responsibilities
Keeping meticulous files related to all sea import shipments.
Collaborate with employees in all Kuehne + Nagel offices.
Constantly challenging status quo when it comes to process improvement and cost control.
Processing files while adhering to all policies and procedures.
Maintain real time visibility of our customers’ transactions
Drive all elements of the customer into our core operating systems and tools by requesting BusinessProfile creation/updates and maintaianance of Wiki page.
Monitor, prioritize and balance customer specific needs on a daily basis by answering queries andrequests through multi channel communication streams.
Collaborate with the system process team to drive automation utilization related to Operational Careprocesses.
Collaborate with the Customer Care Location to ensure we deliver on their customer commitments byanalyzing customer KPI reports in order to communicate and assist the CCL in implementing correctiveand preventative actions.
Awareness of and adherence to QSHE (Quality, Safety & Health, Environment, Security & DangerousGoods) programs
