The Day-to-Day

• Cutting, sewing and finishing fabrics for table linens, napkins, chair covers and cushions, draperies and special projects using round knives and professional cutting and sewing equipment

• Maintain production schedule set by Management

• Maintain Quality standards by communicating with Management

• Follow directives with guidance

• Provide feedback and communicate with Management for continuous quality improvement

• Attend all required PEAK sales & company meetings

• Assist in fabric receiving and shipping

• Ensure production deadlines meet target dates

• Troubleshoot and fix minor sewing machine problems as they arise

Requirements

 What We're Looking For

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Ability to multi-task

• Ability to meet deadlines

• Must possess strong attention to details

• Understand quality standards set by Management

• Knowledge of math skills required for measuring and pattern matching

• Ability to work on Saturdays as needed

• Ability to repeatedly lift and carry up to 70 lbs.

• Ability to physically stand and/or sit for extended periods of time

• Ability to perform tasks as assigned in a safe and conscientious a manner, respectful of co-workers and PEAK property

• Ability to comfortably work in a fast paced & constantly changing environment
