New Castle Title is seeking a highly motivated candidate to fill an in-person Searcher / Examiner position. The Searcher / Examiner will research real estate records, process and proof title order requests, working closely with the Searching and Title Manager to prepare and issue commitments and appropriate documents to clients. Applicants must possess a high attention to detail, the ability to multitask, superior phone and customer service skills, and advanced computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Previous title or real estate knowledge and/or experience is a plus; and the ability to put the customer first is necessary.
