Are you a creative mixologist with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences? The Wharf Fish & Oyster Company in Pensacola Beach is seeking skilled and energetic Bartenders to craft memorable moments for our guests through elevated beverages and outstanding service.

Set against the beautiful Gulf Coast, The Wharf Fish & Oyster Company is Pensacola Beach's newest dining hotspot. We pride ourselves on showcasing fresh, local seafood and unique craft cocktails, all within a welcoming, vibrant atmosphere.

What You'll Do:

• Craft and serve exceptional cocktails, beer, and wine with precision and flair.


• Deliver friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive service to every guest.


• Engage with guests to provide menu and pairing recommendations.


• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to safety and sanitation guidelines.


• Work collaboratively with FOH and BOH teams to create seamless guest experiences.

What We're Looking For:

• At least 2 years of bartending experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.


• A passion for mixology and staying updated on beverage trends.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to multitask and stay cool under pressure.


• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
