ROAM America is looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals to join our team as Full-Time Seasonal Food & Beverage Attendants at Horseshoe Bend RV Resort. Position Overview
As a Full-Time Seasonal Food & Beverage Attendant at Horseshoe Bend, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our guests enjoy a top-notch experience during their stay. You’ll assist with food and beverage service, maintain cleanliness in dining areas, and ensure that guests are satisfied with their meals. The ideal candidate is someone with a strong work ethic, a love for great customer service, and the ability to work well in a team.

Position Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to guests
• Take food and beverage orders and deliver them to guests in a timely manner
• Ensure all guests are greeted in a friendly and professional manner
• Assist with food preparation and beverage service as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
• Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
• Help with stocking supplies
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and management staff to ensure smooth service
• Work with management to place supply orders
• Handle guest requests and concerns promptly and professionally
• Assist with any other duties as needed

Candidate Profile

• Previous experience in food service or customer service is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and a team player
• Ability to work long hours, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Must have a valid food handler's permit (or willingness to obtain)
• Ability to work in outdoor environments in varying weather conditions

Hourly Wage: $16.00
