Greet guests warmly and provide friendly, efficient, and engaging service throughout their visit.

Assist with food and beverage preparation, service, and presentation while following established recipes and quality standards.

Support Front of House operations, including taking orders, processing transactions, delivering food and beverages, and maintaining guest areas.

Support Back of House operations, including food preparation, cooking, kitchen organization, and maintaining proper food safety and sanitation standards.

Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas throughout the venue, including kitchens, concessions, dining areas, and service stations.

Restock supplies, monitor inventory levels, and communicate replenishment needs to leadership.

Follow all food handling, sanitation, safety, and operational procedures.

Work collaboratively with team members and leadership to ensure smooth operations and an exceptional guest experience.

Remain flexible and assist in other areas of the operation as business needs require.

Perform other related duties as necessary or assigned.

Previous hospitality, restaurant, or food service experience is preferred but not required.

Some locations may require Food Handler and State Alcohol Certifications.
