Shift: Weekends and Holidays required. Days off during the week. 

Seasonal End Date: November 1, 2026

This position will be responsible for ensuring that each guest receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment, which includes greeting and acknowledging guests, maintaining solid product knowledge, providing assistance, and making suggestions to guests regarding product decisions.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TASKS

• Greets all guests and provides exceptional customer service


• Will assist guests with cash, room, and credit card transactions


• Performs food-handling, food preparation, and service duties


• Periodic bar service coverage


• Answers questions relating to all F&B products


• Any other tasks that may be assigned

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

• Must have a high school diploma or GED


• Cash-handling experience preferred

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

• ServSafe certification preferred 

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be able to learn how to operate a cash register and cash handling processes.


• Must have superior guest relations skills and the ability to answer guest inquiries.


• Must have the ability to be trained on cash handling functions and be comfortable using a cash register.


• Must have demonstrated exceptional verbal communication skills.


• Must have comprehensive menu knowledge.


• Must be able to clearly speak, write, and understand the English language.


• Must be able to work in a high-volume, high-demand work environment.
