Blu Infinity Pool offers a stylish and relaxing lakeside pool experience. We are looking for a dependable Guest Check-In Associate to confirm guest access to pool/beach area and assist in maintaining an organized, secure and efficient pool area.

Guest Check-In Attendant – Pool & Lakefront Area

Location: Blu Infinity Pool at CDA Resort Golf Course

Seasonal | Part-Time or Full-Time | Shifts Vary

Join our team at one of the most scenic pools and lakefronts in the region! We're seeking a friendly, observant, and detail-oriented Guest Check-In Attendant to help manage the exclusive guest experience at our resort pool and beach area.

As the first point of contact for many of our guests, you'll play a vital role in maintaining the welcoming, safe, and high-end atmosphere we are known for.

Responsibilities Include:

🔹 Guest Verification & Access Control

• 
  

  Check all arriving individuals for proper access: Overnight Resort Guests, Members, valid Day Pass holders

• Use walkie-talkie to communicate with boat captains

🔹 Monitoring Guest Entry Points

• 
  

  Monitor stairs, ramp, and beach area for unapproved entry

🔹 Policy Enforcement & Safety Monitoring

• 
  

  Politely enforce resort policies, including:

    No outside food or beverage

    
    
  
  
  • 
    

    No glass containers

    
    
  
  
  • 
    

    No fishing or jumping off the dock

    
    
  
  
  • 
    

    No pool toys/inflatables (floaties and toys allowed in lake only)

    
    
  
  
  
  


• 
  

  Gently redirect guests away from sitting/standing on the infinity pool edge for safety

Qualifications:

✔ Friendly and professional demeanor

✔ Strong communication and observational skills

✔ Ability to confidently enforce resort policies with courtesy

✔ Comfortable working outdoors in a pool/beach environment

✔ Previous hospitality, security, or guest service experience a plus
✔ First Aid/CPR a plus
