We’re on the lookout for a motivated Seasonal Leasing Consultant to join our team and provide outstanding service to our residents and prospective tenants. This role works on site at The Spoke at Tyvola Station and is essential in helping us maintain high occupancy rates and a welcoming atmosphere throughout our properties.

As a Seasonal Leasing Consultant, you’ll work closely with the leasing team to showcase our apartment homes, facilitate leasing processes, and enhance resident satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct tours of available apartments and attractive common areas to potential residents.
• Assist with the application process, including screening, lease agreements, and move-in coordination.
• Provide exceptional customer service during the leasing process to ensure a seamless experience for prospective residents.
• Promote and represent CommonPlace in a positive light through professional interactions and communications.
• Help maintain strong occupancy rates through effective marketing strategies and engagement initiatives.
• Support the team with administrative tasks, including maintaining accurate records of applicants and leasing activities.
• Participate in community events and outreach efforts to promote the property and foster resident relationships.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service or sales preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with residents and prospective tenants.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks.
• Basic knowledge of property management software (e.g., AppFolio, OneSite) is a plus.
• Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to walk the property regularly, including stairs and uneven surfaces.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Compensation: $24.00 per hour plus generous commission
