Position Type: Full-Time, Seasonal
Hourly Rate: $15/hr.
Schedule: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (Occasional Overtime as Needed)
Role Description:
The Seasonal Parts Runner plays a key support role within Premier HVAC Services by ensuring that parts and materials are delivered to job sites efficiently and accurately. In addition to delivery duties, this role includes assisting in the warehouse with staging materials for upcoming jobs and occasionally providing on-site support during installations. This is a seasonal position, ideal for someone looking for full-time work during the busier months.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver HVAC parts and materials to job sites and service technicians in a timely manner
- Accurately check and confirm delivery contents match job requirements
- Assist with staging and organizing materials in the warehouse
- Support installation crews on job sites when extra hands are needed
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of the delivery vehicle and warehouse
- Follow company safety policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to manage time effectively
- Previous experience in HVAC or a warehouse/delivery setting is a plus but not required

Our History
Tim Stenger, our owner and operator, first developed an interest in heating and air conditioning when he was a student at Greencastle-Antrim High School. In 1997 he began to study HVAC through the Franklin County Career and Technology Center. Through his time in the field as a student and apprentice, he found he enjoyed the technical challenges in a hands-on environment. He attended Delaware Technical College to pursue a professional career in heating, ventilation, and cooling. Tim earned an Associate Degree and then worked in the resort region of the Delmarva Peninsula. Such a fast-paced work environment with an emphasis on customer service helped Tim increase his skills even further.
Tim moved back to Greencastle to be closer with his family in 2010. After he noticed the community needed a local HVAC company able to provide on-time quality service, he developed a business plan. In 2012, that plan turned into Premier HVAC Services.
