Seasonal Retail Operations Associate

Join K&L for the holiday season. October 1, 2026 - January 4, 2027

We're looking for energetic, dependable people to support our stores during our busiest time of year. You'll help fulfill customer orders, manage inventory and keep products moving so our customers and store teams have a great experience.

No wine experience required. If you're reliable, enjoy staying active and work well with a team, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

• Pick, organize and prepare customer orders
• Support will-call, curbside pickup and local delivery orders
• Receive, stock and locate inventory
• Help customers with order pickups
• Assist with inventory counts and organization
• Keep work areas clean, safe and organized
• Pitch in wherever needed during peak season

What We're Looking For

• Friendly, dependable and team-oriented
• Organized and attentive to detail
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, active environment
• Available to work at least one weekend day per week

Previous retail, fulfillment or warehouse experience is a plus, but not required.

Schedule 

Shifts are available Monday through Sunday between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Specific days and hours will be scheduled based on availability and business needs. Weekend availability is important during our peak holiday season.

Physical Requirements

This role requires standing and walking for extended periods and the ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
