Sales Associate- Lake Chelan (Seasonal - FT)

Chelan Bay Marina is looking for a hard-working sales associate to join our team at Chelan Bay Marina! 

What Chelan Bay Marina is: 

Chelan Bay Marina (CBM) is Seattle Boat's newest operation serving customers with daily rentals, weekly or daily moorage, and boat sales!

Seasonal Commitment | May 15th - September 

Compensation: $17.13/ hour plus commission opportunity

Anticipated Hours: 40 hours/ week 

Age Requirement: Must be 18 years of age or older  

Location: Chelan Bay Marina  

What You'll Get:

What You'll Be Doing:

• Some boat detailing - interior and exterior wash/wipe downs as needed 


• Performing demos for potential customers


• Delivery of boats to new owners


• Supporting daily operations of the Chelan Bay Marina 


• Work with our on-site Chelan Bay crew and customers 

What We're Looking For:

  • Clean driving record and a valid driver's license 
  
  
  • 18 years of age or older 
  
  
  • Ability to provide sincere and exceptional customer service
  
  
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  
  
  • Strong work ethic and self-motivated spirit
  
  
  
  


• Strongly Recommended: 
  
  
  
  • Boating experience - a general love for being on and around the water
  
  
  • Obtained Washington boating license, or willingness to get one. 
  
  
  • Prior sales experience encouraged
