Job Description - Seasonal Scanner/Office Assistant

Part-time seasonal role, 20–25 hours per week, February–April 2025.

The Scanner plays an important role in supporting the administrative operations of Brady Martz by ensuring that all documents are accurately scanned and organized. In addition to scanning and filing responsibilities, the Scanner will assist with a variety of clerical and administrative tasks, such as organizing files, labeling documents, preparing materials for scanning, and supporting other team members as needed. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working with technology in a fast-paced office environment.

  • Prior experience with document scanning and indexing preferred
  • Proficient in using scanning equipment and software
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and follow instructions
  • Basic computer skills
