Goodwill Industries of the Southern Rivers, Inc.’s Vita Receptionist responsibilities:

• Greet clients professionally and provide excellent customer service


• Answer and respond to client inquiries promptly and accurately


• Check clients in for appointments and manage front desk operations


• Maintain a welcoming and organized reception area


• Maintain and coordinate calendars for tax staff


• Handle incoming and outgoing appointments efficiently


• Prepare client packets for tax preparation


• Keep reception and common areas neat and professional


• Support administrative operations during peak tax season


• Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Bilingual skills are preferred in order to communicate with clients who speak Spanish


• High School Diploma


• 1-2 Years of customer service or admission experience.
