Seasoned RN Homecare Experience

University Home Care Inc is seeking a Seasoned RN with Homecare Experience to join our dedicated team in Livonia, MI. Must have Kinnser experience! In this role, you will provide high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes, ensuring their well-being and comfort while supporting their health goals. This position offers competitive compensation ranging from $65.00 to $100.00 per visit, paid bi-weekly.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in a home setting, including assessments, treatments, and patient education.


• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians, patients, and families.


• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary to optimize health outcomes.


• Document all nursing activities and maintain accurate patient records in compliance with regulatory requirements.


• Communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and support services.


• Ensure adherence to infection control protocols and safety standards.

Requirements

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.


• Proven experience in homecare nursing.


• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.


• Reliable transportation to travel to patient homes within Southeast MI Regional area.


• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
