Secondary Assembler/Deburrer

The Secondary Assembler/Deburrer reviews blueprints, routing sheets, and work orders to understand the desired shape and

size of a f inished product. Deburrers visually inspect and compare raw materials and manufactured components to a

template of what pieces should look like when f inished. They complete various inspections with the appropriate measuring

tools and gauges.

Review work order and routing to complete necessary operations, deburr machined parts to ensure they meet print specification, inspect parts visually and dimensionally for conformity ensuring parts meet blueprint specifications, clean parts to prepare for final inspection and secondary operations (anodizing, annealing, etc.), complete additional secondary assembly operations including polishing, grinding, reaming, etc.
