Description

We are seeking a passionate and qualified Secondary Spanish Teacher who is fluent in reading and writing Spanish. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both studying and teaching the Spanish language, along with demonstrated experience in implementing effective, hands-on instructional strategies.  This role calls for a hands-on, inquiry-based approach that encourages students to explore and appreciate the beauty of God’s creation through the lens of language and structure. The teacher will integrate strategies that promote critical thinking and pattern recognition, drawing connections that reflect the purposeful design of creation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher, in Education
• ACSI Teaching Certification or ability to meet criteria
• Demonstrate role-specific knowledge and expertise
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficient in technology aligned with expectations

• Delivery: Engages students through a variety of learning strategies while building upon prior knowledge, making content relevant, and empowering students to develop higher-order thinking skills

• Reflection: Utilizes summative and formative data to both evaluate student mastery level and refine instruction
