We're the top roofing contractor in the capital region, and we are looking to add you to our office team. This position is evenings only and the hours are 12pm to 8pm - no exceptions.
**Experience isn't required, we will train you**
- Open availability - we are looking for mid shift coverage, into the evening.
- Weekend availability a huge plus.
- $18/hr upon hire
- Overtime is available if you want it
Schedule:
- TBD
- Looking for - Mid/afternoon/closing shift coverage
- Weekend(s) 9:00 am - 6:00 pm availability (if needed)
Responsibilities:
- Answering phones, direct calls, set appointments
- Make outgoing calls to schedule appointments (no, we don't cold call anybody)
- There are a lot of outgoing AND incoming calls during peak season
- Maintaining our estimator schedule
- Appointment confirmation calls
- Occasional scanning, emailing, copying, mailing and other general office duties.
