Our Location
Energy Trust provides a range of work location options, including remote, hybrid and in-office work. This position will represent Energy Trust in public settings and potentially at community events. We are open to candidates who live throughout Oregon and Washington. The Sector Lead - Residential would be expected to report to the office on a quarterly basis, at minimum.
This is a senior management position responsible for managing the Energy Trust Residential (RES) Sector energy efficiency staff, a multi-year sector budget, and a portfolio of programs. This position provides strategic direction to the sector staff to achieve utility territory energy savings targets, manage program budgets, and program delivery contractors. The Sector Lead is responsible for organizational and team development within their sectors and driving high-performance.
This individual reports to the Assistant Director, Energy Programs.
This position is expected to report to the Portland office quarterly, at a minimum, for all staff and other in-person meetings. Travel may include occasional regional travel when appropriate to fully understand stakeholders, customers and markets served by Energy Trust.
