Securities Operations Analyst

At Pacifica Continental, we are looking for a Securities Operations Analyst to join a renowned Brazilian bank in New York. This is an exciting opportunity for professionals with experience in back-office operations within the banking industry who are looking to grow in a dynamic and international environment.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the accurate and timely settlement of Equity and Fixed Income transactions.
• Reconcile trade details and coordinate with brokers, custodians, and clearing houses to resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor and process cash movements, corporate actions, and trade confirmations.
• Maintain compliance with SEC, FINRA, AML, and KYC regulations.
• Prepare reports for internal teams and regulatory audits.
• Collaborate with IT and operations teams to improve automation and efficiency in settlement processes.

Requirements:
 

• Fluency in Portuguese (mandatory).
• Previous experience in Back Office roles within the banking or financial industry.
• Strong knowledge of trade settlement, reconciliations, and financial regulations.
• Proficiency in Excel and related systems.
• Attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
