Job Description:

LIM is seeking a skilled Analyst to join our Boston-based securitized team. This role is central to our investment process, requiring close collaboration with portfolio managers and traders to drive asset-backed security (ABS) strategy and selection.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform deep-dive research and provide actionable investment recommendations across all ABS sub-sectors.


• Cultivate and manage strategic relationships with issuers and trading partners


• Monitor security-level performance and enhance our internal analytical frameworks


• Manage macro-level data and databases to track market-wide trends


• Partner with PMs to align ABS strategies with client goals and risk parameters

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in securitized markets (analysis, surveillance, or lending)


• Strong technical proficiency in data manipulation and quantitative modeling


• Exceptional communication skills and a team-first mentality


• Progress toward a CFA or an advanced degree is highly preferred

Salary Range: $100,000 to $140,000 Annually
