Minimum Experience: Five (5) years of related security experience.
Functional Description
Conducts research, develops guidance, and prepares instructional materials related to a broad range of security programs. Prepares and disseminates security awareness products and training materials to reinforce compliance with established security policies and procedures. Plans and coordinates special projects and conducts special studies as assigned.
Queries relevant databases to collect, analyze, and distribute information to appropriate office personnel and stakeholder groups. Electronically scans and uploads incoming documents into investigative databases to establish and maintain internal records. Creates and maintains investigative file folders for all regulatory investigations.
Establishes, organizes, and maintains filing systems to ensure the timely processing, storage, retrieval, and availability of relevant documentation. Archives or disposes of records in accordance with applicable expunction and records management policies.
Analyzes bi-weekly Castle system data and labor statistics to ensure data accuracy and integrity prior to management approval. Generates leave and labor distribution analysis reports.
Prepares travel authorizations and travel vouchers for employee travel. Coordinates and schedules internal meetings, including logistics, preparation of handouts, attendance tracking, and maintenance of meeting records.
Coordinates with management to prepare and document annual employee notices and advisements in accordance with FAA policies and procedures.
Other Requirements
Experience using computer systems, software applications, web-based applications, and Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers and effectively resolve potential issues.
Must possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet agency and customer deadlines.
Minimum Education
Associate of Arts (AA) or Associate of Science (AS) degree in a related field.
Personnel Security Requirements
All contractors supporting ASH systems, resources, or information must meet the background investigation requirements outlined in FAA Order 1600.1, Personnel Security Program, and FAA Order 1600.72, Industrial Security Program.
Due to the sensitive nature of the work performed by ASH, all contractor positions are designated as high-risk positions. Contractor personnel must be willing to undergo an FAA background investigation and complete the following forms:
SF-85P – Questionnaire for Public Trust
FD-258 – FBI Fingerprint Card
DOT Form 1631 – Disclosure and Authorization Pertaining to Consumer Reports Pursuant to the Fair Credit Reporting Act
Additionally, contractor personnel supporting ASH classified functional areas, operations, or facilities may be required to complete the SF-86 form to obtain a national security clearance.
