Security Assistant (TS/SCI Clearance Required) - TEMPORARY ROLE

ATSI support services are growing. We are currently seeking a dedicated professional with a proven track record of success to join our team. This full-time temporary position supports the Office of Naval Research (ONR). The Security Assistant will be responsible for assisting senior ONR government personnel with security related tasks. The ideal candidate will be a fast learner, self-starter (motivated), and team player.

Requirements

• A high school diploma plus at least 2 years of experience working in an administrative support role within a TS/SCI environment. Experience shall include preparing classified correspondence; exercising accountability for all SCI material at the facility; processing visit requests for SCI level meetings using the Defense Information System for Security (DISS) and the Joint Worldwide Intelligence Communication System (JWICS) network; arranging for TS/SCI level meetings and video teleconferences; and reviewing submissions of Standard Form 86, Questionnaire for National Security Positions. 
• Active DoD Top Secret/SCI level security clearance, which requires a completed Tier 5 (T5) investigation or enrollment in Continuous Evaluation (CE) within the past five (5) years. 
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power-Point.
• Effective at working independently and collaboratively.
• Ability to complete tasks fast and accurately with minimal supervision.
• Ability to track and follow through on projects to completion.
• Superior organization and interpersonal skills.

Position Location:

• ONR office located in Arlington, VA (Monday – Friday, 40 hrs./week onsite)
