Security Coordinator - Level 4

Provide program security and personnel security (PERSEC) support to include but not limited to review and process required documentation in support of the SAP and SCI nomination processes; prepare and administer program indoctrination and debriefings; access, review and submit clearance/access information using DISS and JADE, and other information systems; maintain PERSEC databases in accordance with customer tracking requirements; maintain and operate document control register/database; process and manage incoming and outgoing visit authorizations and visitor control Ensure compliance with government and corporate security policies/procedures Ensure adherence to contractual guidance for classified programs and cleared facilities in accordance with DD Form 254 and Issue subcontract DD254s Working at Northrop Grumman is more than just a paycheck. High School diploma or equivalent and 6 years additional education and/or related experience Requires an active U.S. Government DoD Top-Secret security clearance at time of application, current and within scope, with the ability to obtain and maintain SCI and Program approval/access Strong working knowledge of basic office automation tool suites such as MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Demonstrated, relevant security experience with industrial security programs within the Intelligence Community Active Top Secret/SCI clearance Self-starter with minimal supervision Ability to display tact, discretion, and diplomacy in a variety of program areas Ability to excel in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment SharePoint experience Excellent communication skills, speaking, writing skills, and organizational skills enabling effective communications Strong working knowledge of Intelligence Community Directives (ICD), Department of Defense (DoD) security requirements and the National Industrial Security Program (NISP)
