  Flex Security D Officers

 Must maintain open availability for all shifts, including on-call coverage as needed, weekends, and holidays required. All Candidates must be available 24/7 

Location: Deerfield Beach, FL
Pay: $21.50 p/hr

Minimum of 24 guaranteed hours per week, with the opportunity to work full-time hours based on operational needs after 90 days.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Flex officers need to be available to fill in for vacation request, open post, extra coverage, or call outs. If a utility officer cannot fulfill this commitment, this will limit their ability to remain a flex officer.


• If a flex officer has less than 40 hours for the week and is called within four (4) hours to start shift, the flex officer will be required to fill the shift. Any flex officer who cannot fill a shift within the four (4) hour time frame or cannot fill a complete shift after being offered a shift three (3) times, may be subject to discipline up to and including removal from the flex officer program.

Qualifications:

• Valid Security D License


•  Valid FL Driver’s License and reliable transportation


• Must have a clean driving history with no "at fault" accidents within the last three (3) years


• Excellent communication skills, with a courteous and professional manner


• Able to read, write, speak, and understand English
