Job Title: Security Field Supervisor – Swing Shift (2nd into 3rd)
Location: Traveling in Company Vehicle

Schedule: Swing shift, covering 2nd into 3rd shifts
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dependable Security Field Supervisor to oversee operations during late evening / overnight shifts. This position requires strong leadership skills, prior security knowledge, and the ability to ensure our team maintains a safe and professional environment at all times.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support security officers during assigned shifts
- Conduct site visits, inspections, and ensure post coverage
- Provide guidance, training, and corrective actions as needed
- Complete daily activity reports and incident documentation
- Serve as a liaison between officers and Senior management
- Respond to emergencies and assist with conflict resolution
Qualifications:
- Prior security experience required
- Prior law enforcement or military background preferred (not required)
- ACT 235 Certification
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Reliable, professional, and able to work flexible shifts
- Valid driver’s license and clean background
- Team Player
