Role Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Overnight Security team member to join our two-person team responsible for ensuring the safety of the hotel and its guests while delivering outstanding service. The Overnight Security position works in conjunction with the Night Audit team to assist guests from 11 PM to 7 AM. Responsibilities include patrolling the property, securing the hotel, checking guests in and out, distributing gym passes, valet parking for overnight guests, and answering phone inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

- Patrol the hotel property to ensure safety and security.

- Collaborate with Night Audit to assist guests during overnight hours.

- Check hotel guests in and out efficiently and courteously.

- Distribute gym passes and provide information about hotel amenities.

- Valet overnight guests' vehicles as needed.

- Respond to phone inquiries and provide assistance to guests.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Previous experience in security or hospitality preferred.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Availability to work overnight shifts (11 PM to 7 AM).

- Customer service-oriented mindset.
