Security Location Manager (Union)

ParkX Management is currently seeking a Location Security Officer to help ensure our properties remain safe, welcoming, and well-maintained for residents, tenants, and guests. The Hours will be (insert hours) and you will be protecting (insert location)

Position Overview 
The Security Officer plays a key role in maintaining safety, access control, cleanliness, and overall positive guest experience across our properties. 

Key Responsibilities Include: 

• Conduct hourly patrols using the security system 

• Manage access control for guests, tenants, and vendors 

• Monitor property conditions and report safety concerns 

• Perform routine foot patrols indoors and outdoors 

• Enforce property rules and issue Ban Notices when required 

• Maintain plaza kiosks and enforce plaza policies 

• Communicate rules, updates, and directions to guests 

• Monitor parking and fire access areas 

• Support marketing teams during events (location-specific) 

• Assist with valet operations and traffic flow during special events 

Qualifications: 

• High School Diploma 

• DC Certified Security Officer 

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience 

• Valid driver’s license with no major violations 

• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends 

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills 

• Professional, trustworthy, and customer-focused mindset 

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team 

Physical Requirements: 

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods 

• Lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds 

• Work indoors and outdoors in varying conditions
