We are seeking a professional and dedicated Security Officer 1 to join our team. As a Security Officer 1, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our facilities, employees, and visitors. You will play a critical role in maintaining a secure and pleasant environment for all. 

Responsibilities:

- Monitor and patrol premises regularly to maintain security and safety

- Enforce rules, regulations, policies, and procedures

- Respond to emergency situations promptly and effectively

- Write detailed reports on incidents, accidents, and suspicious activities

- Conduct investigations and gather evidence as needed

- Provide excellent customer service to employees and visitors

- Operate security equipment such as cameras, alarms, and access control systems

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)

- Valid state-issued security officer license

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-stress situations

- Familiarity with security equipment and protocols

- Good physical fitness and ability to stand, walk, and climb stairs for extended periods of time

- Ability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed
