As a Security Officer Access Control in Lancaster, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Access Control Officer supporting a financial institution location where professionalism and strong communication matter. In this role, you will help manage entry activity, monitor assigned areas, and respond to security-related concerns with care and integrity. Working as part of a team, you will represent an agile, reliable, and innovative culture while delivering outstanding customer service and helping to create a welcoming environment.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or staff by following site-specific procedures and access control protocols at a financial services location.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify identification and/or credentials, and document visitor activity to support security-related operations and help to deter unauthorized access.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including supporting emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and perimeter, observing conditions and reporting unusual activity, maintenance concerns, and/or security-related issues.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
