As a Security Officer Dispatch Specialist in Whitehouse Station, NJ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. Join Allied Universal as a Dispatch Professional supporting a dynamic financial institution location. In this role, you will monitor activity, coordinate responses, document incidents, and communicate with on-site teams to help support smooth security-related operations. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, handling incoming calls, monitoring communication channels, and supporting security-related operations at the location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting activity and relaying information to appropriate personnel and/or emergency services when needed.
• Monitor cameras, access activity, and other site systems to help identify unusual activity, support timely response, and communicate updates to on-site staff and/or management.
• Maintain accurate logs, incident reports, and dispatch records, while coordinating routine and priority requests across the location in alignment with post orders and client guidelines.
• Conduct regular and random patrol support through remote monitoring and dispatch coordination, helping to address issues around the business and perimeter as conditions vary by location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
