As a Security Officer Driver Screening in Council Bluffs, IA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Utilities, and more. Join Allied Universal at a dynamic utilities location as an Access Control Officer in a driving post. You will monitor entry points, verify credentials, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help deter security-related incidents while delivering exceptional customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a utilities location.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and authorizations, and document visitor, contractor, and vehicle activity in accordance with site protocols.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating security-related concerns to site leadership when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around buildings, control points, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized access and identify unusual activity.
• Support security-related operations by maintaining accurate logs, communicating clearly with staff and visitors, and following post orders for restricted and sensitive areas.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
