**Allied Universal has security jobs and are seeking to fill the position of a Security Flex Officer.**
**Up-to-date resume preferred.**
**Flex Position: Requires Open Availability, Clear MVR, Tech Proficiency.**
**Candidate will be trained as Flex, for covering open shifts, call-offs, vacations, holidays.**
**Candidate will have an opportunity to advance, as open positions, with set schedules, become available.**

**andidate must have open availability to work any shift. Candidate will be driving Company vehicle.**
**The Security Flex Officer is responsible for the safety and security of the facilities the** **y protect. A Security Flex Officer acts as a visible deterrent to crime and client rule infractions and detect and report suspicious, unsafe or criminal acts at or near their assigned posts, which may be a threat to the property, clients, guests or employees at the site.**
**QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:**
+ **Access Control/Badge Experience**
+ **Alarm Panel Experience**
+ **Comfortable Dealing with Transient and Inebriated Populations**
+ ***Required to cover for special projects, call offs, vacations and open shifts (No Set Schedule)***
+ **Access Control/Badge Experience**
+ **A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only**
+ ***Must be available to work** **ALL SHIFTS** **AND** **ALL DAYS OF THE WEEK**
+ ***Must be comfortable using a computer or tablet***
+ ***Display exceptional customer service and communication skills***
+ ***Must be able to stand or walk on various surfaces for long periods of time***
+ ***Must be able to work outdoors in the elements***
+ **Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles**
+ **Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience**
+ **Possess effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills with ability to deal with all levels of personnel and the general public in a professional and effective manner**
+ **Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.**
+ **As a condition of employment, employee must successfully complete a background investigation and a drug screen in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws**
+ **Ability to handle crisis situations at the client site, calmly and efficiently**
+ **Able to: Occasionally lift or carry up to 40 pounds Climb stairs, ramps, or ladders occasionally during shift**
