Security Officer - Multi-Shift

Location: Aurora, CO 80011
Pay Rate: $22.50 per hour

Schedule: Monday to Friday | Overnight shifts

Key Responsibilities
Citadel Security USA is seeking a Full-Time Unarmed Multi-Shift Officer to provide coverage across several hospitality and commercial properties in the Aurora area. This is a flex-style assignment where officers may rotate between locations based on staffing demands and operational priorities.
This opportunity is best suited for someone dependable, adaptable, and comfortable working in different environments while maintaining a professional presence and following site-specific procedures.

Minimum Qualifications

• Provide unarmed security coverage at multiple assigned properties
• Adjust to varying post orders, building layouts, and operational expectations
• Conduct foot patrols and monitor assigned areas throughout each shift
• Maintain a visible presence to support a safe and professional environment
• Observe and report suspicious activity, hazards, or policy violations
• Respond appropriately to onsite incidents or service-related issues
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, dispatch, clients, and property staff
• Complete detailed activity logs and incident reports accurately and on time
• Follow all company procedures, site instructions, and client expectations

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to obtain and maintain a Denver Guard Card
• Strong communication skills and professional appearance
• Flexibility to work at different locations as assignments change
• Reliable attendance and ability to consistently work overnight weekday shifts
• Ability to remain alert and make sound decisions independently

Helpful Experience

• Previous experience in security, hospitality, or customer service roles
• Background working in flex, multi-site, or coverage-based positions
• Familiarity with patrol procedures and incident documentation
• Experience interacting with guests, tenants, or the public professionally

• Assignments may include indoor and outdoor environments
• Position involves standing, walking, and active patrol responsibilities
• Worksites and duties may vary depending on operational needs
• Overnight schedule requiring adaptability and consistent awareness
