Security Officer - Watkins Security

General Responsibilities:

• Conducting regular patrols of assigned areas, either on foot or by vehicle, to deter and detect suspicious activity.
• Monitoring CCTV cameras and other security systems to identify potential threats and respond accordingly.
• Responding to alarms, emergencies, and other security incidents, taking appropriate action to resolve the situation.
• Ensuring that security policies and procedures are followed, including access control, visitor management, and other regulations.
• Maintaining accurate logs and reports of security incidents, suspicious activities, and other relevant information.
• Providing assistance and information to clients, employees, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
• Responding to emergencies such as fires, medical incidents, or other urgent situations.
• Controlling access to buildings and facilities, verifying IDs, and managing visitor logs.
