Security Project Manger

The Opportunity:

We're looking for someone like you to help our clients meet their mission by guiding and overseeing the development of security pipelines, integrations, and services to ensure they meet both user needs and security requirements. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software developers, security engineers, and IT professionals, to achieve project goals and maintain a secure development environment.
In this role, you'll manage the delivery of the most advanced digital solutions. You'll work closely with clients to help them modernize our client's security services to obtain greater observability, automation, and compliance for their cloud-based and application related technologies. You'll move quickly in an exciting and fluid environment to guide the Agile development of a project roadmap, establish project milestones, and implement metrics to track progress, while creating and communicating the architectural vision and strategy.

You Have:
6+ years of experience with managing technical projects

Experience with Azure, DevOps, or JIRA

Experience working in Agile Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe teams

Knowledge of

Business Process Modeling and Notation

Knowledge of ITSM, NIST, FISMA

Knowledge of API programming, testing, and integration, such as OAuth, ABAC, SAML, and SSO

Knowledge of Server-less Compute Functions, such as Lambda or Functions

Knowledge of OSI Model and enterprise network architecture

Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements

Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:
Experience with containerization, OpenShift, and K8s

Experience with GitHub/Actions and Terraform

Experience with enterprise cybersecurity tools or architecture

Experience with RHEL-based Linux

Knowledge of Zero Trust concepts and maturity

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
