You will collaborate with our security team, operations, and HR to reduce inventory shrinkage, investigate incidents, manage badge/access systems, and support our multi-shift environment. This position requires the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment, supporting cross-shift coordination and strong individual accountability. \n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n * Monitor and review video surveillance systems to detect and investigate suspicious activity. \n\n\n\n\n * Conduct inspections of teammates, visitors, and contractors upon entry and exit. Upholding the integrity of a safe workplace environment and Insight inventory.\n\n\n\n\n * Manage and process badge/access control systems including badge creation, permissions, audits, and exit/entry monitoring. \n\n\n\n\n * Conduct risk assessments/safety walks of warehouse zones. \n\n\n\n\n * Respond to incidents of theft, process breaches; document findings and coordinate with leadership/HR/law enforcement as needed. \n\n\n\n\n * Assist in training teammates on asset protection protocols, access/badge procedures, and video review requests. \n\n\n\n\n * Maintain confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism in all investigations and interactions. \n\n\n\n\nRequired Qualifications\n\n * High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred. \n\n\n\n\n * 2+ years of experience in asset protection, loss prevention, or investigations, ideally in a warehouse, distribution, or high value environment. \n\n\n\n\n * Military/law enforcement experience preferred but not required. \n\n\n\n\n * Hands-on experience with video surveillance systems, access control/badge systems, and alarm systems. \n\n\n\n\n * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook (with a focus on Excel, Word, Teams, and PowerPoint. \n\n\n\n\n * Excellent communication skills: ability to write clear incident reports, and interact effectively with associates, leadership, and HR. \n\n\n\n\n * Strong analytical and investigative skills: ability to review footage, sift through data/logs, draw conclusions, and follow through with recommended actions. \n\n\n\n\n * CPR/First aid/bloodborne pathogen certification preferred but not required. \n\n\n\n\nPhysical Requirements \u0026 Environment \n\n * On-site warehouse environment: ability to stand, walk, climb stairs for an extended period, as required. \n\n\n\n\n * Ability to work in varying temperatures. \n\n\n\n\n * May include extended periods of high activity along with periods of inactivity. \n\n\n\n\n * Occasional overtime and/or weekend shifts required. \n\n\n\n\nWhat We Offer\n\n * Competitive hourly wage.\n\n\n\n\n * Comprehensive benefits (health, dental, vision, 401k) after eligibility. \n\n\n\n\n * Opportunity to be a part of a dynamic warehouse security team with a strong culture of \u201cHunger, Heart, and Harmony.\u201d \n\n\n\n\nHow to Apply\n\nSubmit your resume/application noting your relevant experience.
