Duties/responsibilities:

  Provide exceptional internal and external guest service while maintaining a professional presence on the casino floor.

  Supervise and direct security officers to ensure compliance with departmental procedures and gaming regulations.

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure the safety and security of employees, guests, property, and company assets.

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain knowledge of and enforce applicable state and local gaming laws and regulations.

  
  


• 
  

  Respond promptly and effectively to emergencies, disturbances, and safety incidents.

  
  


• 
  

  Monitor casino operations to identify and address security risks, policy violations, or suspicious activity.

  
  


• 
  

  Coordinate with Surveillance, Management, and law enforcement as necessary.

  
  


• 
  

  Complete accurate incident reports and required documentation.
